AMENDMENTS TO THE REGULATIONS AND GUIDELINES

The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) is in the process of amending its Competition and Consumer Protection (General) Regulations 2011 (“the Regulations”), and the Guidelines for the Administration of Fines 2019 (“the Guidelines). In this regard, the CCPC would be grateful for your comments on the Regulations and the Guidelines no later than 23^rd May 2025 to zcomp@ccpc.org.zm.
